This site is open to individuals aged 13–25 residing in Qatar, and those under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to register and participate. Volunteers are expected to provide accurate information, behave responsibly, follow the guidelines of host organizations, and understand that all opportunities are unpaid. Respectful conduct is required at all times—harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Partner organizations must provide safe, ethical, and suitable roles for youth and are responsible for the health and safety of volunteers during activities. All user data (such as name, email, and age) is protected under Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Law and shared only with relevant partner organizations for the purpose of volunteer coordination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or misuses the platform. Users must not impersonate others, misuse content, or use the platform for commercial or harmful purposes. Volunteers participate at their own risk, and the platform is not liable for any incidents during volunteering. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any changes. By participating, you agree to the platform’s use of your feedback or volunteer stories (with your consent) for promotional or reporting purposes. These terms are governed by Qatari law, and any disputes shall be resolved in Qatari courts.
